To make sure you have understood the difference between figurative and abstract images, you will have to do a digital poster in Padlet, adding realistic, figurative and abstract images you can find in Google Cultural Institute.
You will have to write down your name and the artist's name.

THE PAPERCRAFT ZOO

Papercraft is a good way of working the concept of volume, as they can experience how a bidimesional object can became threedimensional.

In this activity students will have to create a papercraftzoo that will be presented to primary kids from their school.

Taking into account what we have seen in classs about the differents objectives of the images, my students have designed class rules for the art class. They have used descriptive or indicative images.

What if we change the rules for creating the espace? Here you are some awsome optical effects made by the duch artist Escher. 

Escher was obsest about how to capture reality in the plane. He played with the representation in three dimensions and created arts beyond the rules.

Is a distorted room used to create an optical effects and was invented by the American ophthalmologist Adelbert Ames in 1946.
